Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Load and unload materials and machine components.
• Deburr finished parts and cut materials to required specifications.
• Monitor machines and make basic operational adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating Haas CNC mills or lathes is a plus.
• Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to quality.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Clarksville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Work Location: In Person
Reports To: Machine Shop Manager/Supervisor
