CNC Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced CNC Operator in Dubai to set up and run CNC machines, produce parts to drawing specifications and keep quality and safety standards high.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to drawings and work orders.
• Load and check CNC programs and adjust tool offsets.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges to keep tolerances.
• Monitor tool wear and report machine faults or defects promptly.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Keep production records and follow all safety rules.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.
