Job Description – CNC Operator

Job Title: CNC Operator
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and approved work instructions.
• Load and unload components and ensure correct machine settings as instructed.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain product quality and achieve daily production targets.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and maintain machine cleanliness.
• Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and abnormalities to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Fresher or experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
