CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines such as CNC turning, milling, and machining centers as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, job specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up machines by loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, offsets, and machining parameters as per approved procedures.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Ensure components meet specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks as required.
• Identify and report machining defects, tool wear, machine abnormalities, and production issues.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records, rejection reports, and machine operation logs.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, finished components, and tools.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
