CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking an energetic, mechanically inclined, “team player” to work in a fast-paced, clean, modern manufacturing environment. Duties include operating and maintaining CNC lathes or mills and using blueprints and precision measuring instruments to inspect machined parts. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred. Wage will be commensurate with experience. * sign on bonus for qualified candidates *

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3 years of machining experience

Job Duties

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining turning and vertical-machining centers.
• Mounting, installing, aligned, and securing tools, attachments, fixtures, and pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Reading and using blueprints to verify machined parts are conforming with precision measuring instruments.
• Maintaining a clean work area.

Preferred Skills/Attributes

• Previous experience with CNC lathe or mill operations
• Knowledge of machine setup and Fanuc controls (Not required, but a plus)
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Starter

• Good problem solver
