CNC Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Education Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Candidates with relevant CNC machine operating experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Set up machines, load tools, and adjust machine parameters as required.
• Perform basic CNC program loading and editing, if required.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality as per specifications.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and tooling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
