Job Description

LORJ Industries LLC is looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our production team in Dubai. Candidates should have hands-on experience operating woodworking machinery in the joinery or furniture manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently.
• Read technical drawings, cutting lists, and production instructions.
• Set up machines, change tools, and adjust machine parameters.
• Ensure accurate cutting, milling, routing, and drilling operations.
• Inspect finished components to maintain quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Meet production targets while minimizing material waste.

Required Experience

Experience operating one or more of the following machines:

• Beam Saw
• 4-Axis Woodworking CNC Machine
• CNC Frame Milling Machine
• Biesse Skipper Multi-Boring Machine

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials and CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
