Location: Hansakhedi Indore

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, ensure accurate production, and maintain quality standards as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production drawings and instructions.
• Load and unload components and ensure proper machine setup.
• Monitor machine operations and maintain production quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic measurements.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Identify machine abnormalities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Drawing preparation as per requirment
• Achieve daily production targets while ensuring quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade preferred.
• Experience in operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team.
