CNC Machine Operator - Helper

To operate CNC machines under supervision, assist in production activities, ensure component quality, and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and supervisor instructions.
• 2. Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• 3. Assist in machine setting, tool changing, and job changeover.
• 4. Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers
• and micrometers.
• 5. Follow engineering drawings, job specifications, and quality standards.
• 6. Perform basic deburring, finishing, and cleaning of components in Ultra sonic cleaning machine.
• 7. Support material movement and maintain proper identification of components.
• 8. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
• 9. Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, and quality issues to the supervisor.
• 10. Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• 11. Maintain production records and support daily production targets.
• 12. Assist senior operators and production staff whenever required.
