CNC Machine Operator / Machine Setter (Training Provided)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who wants to learn a specialist trade. Previous CNC experience is welcome but not required. Full training will be provided.

What Will You Do?

As a CNC Machine Operator / Setter, you will be responsible for operating and setting up modern wire-forming machines used to manufacture precision technical springs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and adjusting CNC production machines
• Monitoring the production process and product quality
• Producing high-precision technical spring components
• Solving minor machine malfunctions and reporting technical issues when necessary
• Performing quality checks and measurements
• Contributing ideas for process improvements
• Maintaining a safe and organized workplace
• Developing into a machine specialist through internal training

This is not repetitive production work. You will have responsibility for your own machine and play an important role in the manufacturing process.

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology
• Motivation to learn machine operation and CNC processes
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• Problem-solving mindset
• Interest in mechanics, machinery, and production processes
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Very good English language skills
• CNC experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Technical education or relevant technical experience is beneficial
