CNC Machine Operators - Two Roles Available - Day or Night Shift

Operating from three warehouses, we offer a diverse range of cutting and folding services with market leading equipment, including laser, plasma, water, gas, and tube cutting.

We're looking for two CNC Machine Operators, one on day shift and one on night shift, to run our CNC cutting machines efficiently and accurately, delivering high-quality output every time. These roles are perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a busy production environment. Let us know which shift suits you when you apply.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC cutting machines with precision and efficiency.
• Apply the correct cutting parameters across a range of materials to get the best result.
• Interpret nests and specifications to determine suitable materials, methods, and machine settings.
• Retrieve and return materials from racks, marking them clearly and accurately.
• Carry out general maintenance checks and monitor machine performance.
• Keep your machine and work area clean and organised.
• Handle materials using a forklift and assist with movement around the site.
• Assist with dispatch tasks, including cleaning, counting, and packing jobs.
• Support other production areas to maintain workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating CNC cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with production workflows and dispatch processes.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to train).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• For the night shift role, comfort working autonomously with minimal on-site supervision.
