CNC Machine Operator

We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Machine Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and keeping things running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC machinery using preset programs, make approved adjustments, carry out basic quality checks, and help ensure every product meets our manufacturing and quality standards. If you’re practical, safety-conscious and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up CNC machines by loading preset programs and making minor, approved adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
• Operate CNC manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products in line with work instructions, set-up documentation, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Keep quality on track by carrying out basic in-process inspections, recording results and flagging any defects, dimensional issues or process deviations.
• Fine-tune machinery by making basic offset and taper adjustments when required.
• Look after your equipment by completing routine preventative maintenance, including changing coolants, filters, lubricants and other machine-care items.
• Move and handle products safely using equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes and hoists.
• Keep your workspace production-ready by maintaining clean and organised machines, tools, equipment and work areas.

Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has a strong focus on quality and safety, and is comfortable getting hands-on with machinery. You’ll be someone who pays attention to the details, follows established processes and takes pride in getting the job done right.

The ideal candidate will have experience on Fanuc Machines

Pay: £14.14-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.75 per week
