Uniparts Olsen, Inc. is hiring CNC Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift at our manufacturing facility in Eldridge, Iowa.

We have multiple openings across our machining operations and are looking for dependable people who know their way around manufacturing equipment.

Whether your experience is with CNC lathes, mills, grinders, or other machining equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

Two Shifts. Your Choice.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Steady schedules. No rotating shifts.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience and the position, responsibilities may include:

• Operate CNC machines and other production equipment
• Load materials, monitor operations, and make machine adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot basic machining or production issues
• Complete production reporting and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC machines or other industrial machining equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments is especially valuable.

We have several openings and will consider candidates with different levels of machining experience.

• hands-on CNC Lathe Operating: 1 year (Preferred)
