What they need

Imagine Your Shift

You clock in at 1:45 PM in Mooresville, NC, walk the line, and bring a CNC cell up to speed. You verify tooling, load programs, run a first-article check with precision gages, and compare results to blueprints and specs. A small variation appears—you tweak offsets, refine the program, and the parts run true. Throughout the evening, you document results, uphold 5S, jump in to mentor a newer operator, and keep quality, safety, and throughput in perfect balance until 10:00 PM.
