· Operate assigned CNC machines in work area to produce customer products, meeting or exceeding company production and quality standards. Including the following: Verify OII, Inspect Machine Tooling, Load Material, Run First Cycle, Observe Machine Cycle, De-bur Tooling as Indicated, Perform Gauging & Inspection Tasks, Adjust Tooling as Indicated and Inspect Last Piece.

· Meet or exceed customer product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, number of parts to be machined, and tooling instructions such as cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cuts and cutting tools to be used. Including the following: Verify Work Station Information, Confirm Frequency Checks, Check All Dimensions, Utilize Appropriate Gauges, Maintain Required Tolerance, Record Data, and Identify NCM, Rectify cause of NCM, Sort-back per OII, Dispose of NCM, Calibrate Gauges, Inspect Parts Visually, Check All Dimensions and Insure Surface Finish.

· Perform basic machine adjustments, asking for assistance when needed. Including the following: Verify Piece Count Limits, Change Tooling as Needed, Off-set Tooling as Indicated, Visually Inspect each part, Identify Worn and Broken Tooling, Replace Worn and Broken Tooling and Touch-off tools as required.

· Perform basic preventative maintenance and tool care activities.

· Handle materials including the following: Locate Materials, Verify Part Number, Verify Work Order Number, Verify Operation Number, Transport Material to Work Area, Utilize Material Handler as Needed, Clean Materials, Load Materials, Unload Materials, Inspect Per OII, Deposit in Proper Container, Complete Pan Tickets, and Move Material to Out Area.

· Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed. Including the following: Complete Pan Tickets, Fill out Production Cards, Fill out Tool Change, Frequency Tally Sheets, Complete Daily Maintenance Check List and Complete Tool Requisition.

· Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Including the following: Maintain Machine Fluid Levels, Grease Chucks, Organize Personal Work Table, Dispose of Worn Tooling, Complete Minor Maintenance and Remove Chips from Machine.

· Comply with all safety and quality regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
