About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our production team and drive excellence in precision manufacturing. You will be instrumental in transforming technical designs into high-quality components by leveraging your expertise in CNC setup, operation, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise machine setups and calibrations to ensure consistent production output.
• Analyze complex blueprints and technical schematics to guide manufacturing processes.
• Optimize machine performance through proactive monitoring and real-time adjustments.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections to guarantee all parts meet exact engineering tolerances.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Maintain detailed production logs to support operational transparency and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and enhance overall output quality.
• Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all industrial health and operational protocols.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.
• Solid understanding of CNC tooling, programming basics, and machine mechanics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain high attention to detail.

• Technical degree or specialized certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
