CNC Machinist

Qualifications

• Blow mold making is an asset but not required.
• Inspect and verify dimensions to ensure conformance.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Advanced math skills for calculations and measurement.
• Able to set up CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. FANUC Control an asset.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of G-Codes.
• Ability to modify programs and change offsets as necessary.
• Ability to set fixtures, load tools, program, and find offsets.
• Ability to prove out first part and problem solve as required in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
