CNC Machinist

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls (G‑Code) to produce precision parts for industries such as pharmaceutical, nuclear, and paper.

Key Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls
• Program and edit CNC programs at the machine
• Select, install, and set tooling
• Machine, deburr, and inspect parts to meet drawing specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Set up complex weldments and verify machining allowances
• Operate overhead cranes for loading/unloading

Requirements:

• 3–5 years CNC machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding
• Strong measuring and inspection skills
• Knowledge of speeds/feeds for different materials
• Machining certifications or related degree
• Comfortable working around machinery, dust, grease, and physical labor

Shifts:

• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (10% shift premium)
