CNC Machinist

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled CNC Lathe and Mill set-up and operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and/or lathes to fabricate parts from various materials.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Conduct regular inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and setup procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality control checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
