CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machining equipment to produce workpieces in accordance with technical drawings and specifications with minimal guidance.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining sequences.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality and minimize reject rates.
• Monitor and manage materials, tools, and cutters to ensure smooth production processes.
• Ensure finished workpieces meet specified dimensions, tolerances, and appearance standards as outlined in the drawings.
• Machine various materials, including metals, aluminum, plastics, and others.
• Perform daily machine preventive maintenance and participate in 5S housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Use and maintain measurement tools and apply knowledge of raw materials, cutters, coatings, and treatments to enhance machining performance.
• Undertake additional tasks or activities assigned by supervisors or management as required.
