About the job:

ODG is seeking highly motivated and skilled CNC Machinists with at least five (5) years of experience operating a variety of CNC machines, particularly in milling and turning applications. The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties:

The successful incumbents must be able to demonstrate the following essential duties

• Read blueprints, manufacturing drawings and inspection sheets (GD&T; tolerances)
• Able to perform machine set-ups
• Perform Quality checks / Complete first off inspection and in process checks using measuring equipment provided (manual/digital; imperial/metric)
• Able to read and interpret a CMM / Quality reports
• Make tool offsets and part adjustments to meet quality requirement
• Identify nonconforming parts and follow proper reporting procedures
• Able to read CNC programs and perform edits

Educational and Work Experience Requirements:

• OSSD or equivalent
• 5+ years experience operating CNC Machining equipment
