We're currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing team. Experience with Mazak Integrex machines, VTLs, Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, and Fanuc controls is highly valued. What You'll Do:

As a CNC Machinist at Shaw Industries, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Edit and adjust G-Code programs as needed
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine setups
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
• Verify dimensional accuracy and quality requirements
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Monitor machine performance and process efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Work with a team committed to quality and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of machining experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience:

• Mazak Integrex
• CNC Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL)
• CNC Horizontal Mills
• CNC Vertical Mills
• Fanuc Controls
• Programming and setup experience
