CNC Machinist

Now Hiring: Class A Machinist

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Class A Machinist to join our team.

Position Summary
The Class A Machinist is responsible for manufacturing precision parts from engineering blueprints while maintaining close tolerances and quality standards. This position requires the ability to work independently through the entire machining process, from setup to final production.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and manufacture parts from engineering blueprints.
• Perform NC program setup, editing, offsets, touch-offs, and machine setup.
• Produce high-quality parts while maintaining close tolerances.
• Complete multiple machine setups throughout the day.
• Make programming adjustments as needed.
• Operate CNC equipment with a strong working knowledge of FANUC controls.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of machining experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and blueprint reading.
• Working knowledge of FANUC controls.
• Must own personal precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
• Demonstrated reliability through consistent attendance and the ability to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Additional Requirements
All employees are required to comply with AS9100 Rev. D quality management standards and company procedures.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
