CNC Machinist (Double Column)

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC double column machining centers to produce large, high precision components.
• Prepare G code/CAM program, set up fixture and align heavy workpieces for machining
• Perform dimensional inspection using CMM, gauge, and precision instrument to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
• Select, install, maintain cutting tool and conduct routine machine maintenance and calibration
• Identify and resolve machining defect, tool wear and machine alarm to minimize downtime
• Adjust machining parameter, reduce cycle time, maintain product quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years CNC machining in machine setup, precision manufacturing and CNC double column machine.
• Hands on programming with G-code and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, Solidwork)
• Tooling and fixture set up experience and troubleshooting skills for machining defect, chatter, tool wear and machine alarms.
• Experienced in adjusting feed rate, cutting speed and tool path to maximize efficiency

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
