We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys a challenge, and understands that precision is more than a number — it’s a way of life. If you know your way around a CNC machine and want to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and getting the job done right, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers to produce high-quality precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Load programs, set tools and offsets, and make adjustments to keep parts running accurately.
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and work through challenges to find the best solutions.
- Perform tool changes and routine machine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Work with programming, engineering, and production teammates to improve processes and keep projects moving.
- Take ownership of your work and help us deliver parts we’re proud to put our name on.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience setting up and operating CNC horizontal and/or vertical machining centers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of tooling, workholding, offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining practices.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspecting finished parts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A team-first attitude, dependable work habits, and pride in doing things right.
Bonus points if you have: experience with multiple CNC controls, conversational programming, G-code, or machining complex parts and tight tolerances.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Hands-on, meaningful work: Put your machining skills to use creating real, precision-engineered components.
- A team that has your back: Work alongside people who value experience, share knowledge, and take pride in what they do.
- Room to grow: Continue developing your machining skills and expand your technical knowledge.
- Every day brings a new challenge: Work on parts and projects that keep your mind engaged and your skills sharp.
- Your work matters: Quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail make a real difference in everything we produce.
The Kind of Machinist We Want
You don’t just push buttons — you understand the process. You know how to make adjustments when something isn’t right, care about the quality of every part, and take pride in a job well done. You’re curious, mechanically minded, and always looking for ways to make the next part better than the last.
Whether your strength is horizontal machining, vertical machining, or both, we want to hear from you!
