CNC Machinist (Milling) - Night Shift

K&K Precision is looking for a motivated CNC Machinist to join our night shift to run production operations on our precision multi-axis milling machines. Overview

Starting Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Work Schedule: M-F 4:30pm - 3:00am (50 hours per week)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly, eligible for 1.5x overtime pay rate)

Health/Vision/Dental/Life insurance after 60 days.

80 hours of PTO per year (40 hours after 30 days + 40 hours after 6 months)

6 observed holidays + 1 floating holiday

401k plan after 1 year (full match up to 3%, then 50% match up to 5%)

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC mills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks using metrology tools to ensure every part meets tight tolerances and customer specs.
• Troubleshoot issues with tooling, fixtures, and offsets as necessary to maintain quality of production.
• Assemble components with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate with management, quality assurance, and production staff to keep production running smoothly.
• Complete basic preventative maintenance and routine machine checks.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience with operating 5-axis CNC mills, changing tooling, and adjusting offsets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and independence on the floor.
• Reliability and clear communication.
• Forklift operation is a plus (training available if needed).
• Ideally, familiar with aerospace manufacturing standards

• Candidate must be a U.S. Person, as defined by ITAR regulation requirements.
• Drug test and criminal background check will be required.
