CNC MACHINIST /Programmer

Role 1 : CNC MACHINIST /Programmer (Multiple Roles) Location : West Chester, PA (On-site, local candidates only)

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

About The Opportunity We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your background is Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.

Equipment: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms

What You'll Do

• Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments
• Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
