CNC Machinist/ Programmer

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. 操作及设置CNC数控机床,加工精密零件及组件。

Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. 阅读并理解工程图纸、作业指导书及相关技术文件。

Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth production. 监控机器运行情况,并进行基本调整,确保生产顺利进行。

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. 进行产品质量检查,确保成品符合规格要求。

Select and install the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining. 选择及安装合适的刀具、夹具及加工材料。

Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues. 进行基本设备保养,并及时汇报机器异常或故障。

Work closely with the production team to meet production targets. 与生产团队密切合作,达成生产目标。

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. 遵守工作场所安全规定,保持工作区域整洁。

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管安排的其他相关工作。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification. 中学学历或同等学历。

Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates. 具备CNC数控机床操作经验者优先;符合条件者可提供培训。

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage. 能阅读及理解工程图纸者优先。

Basic knowledge of machining tools and measuring instruments. 具备基本机械加工知识,能够使用常用量测工具。

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team. 工作认真负责,愿意学习,能够独立工作及团队合作。

Able to work in a manufacturing environment and perform shift work if required. 能适应制造业工作环境,并可配合轮班(如有需要)。

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety. 注重细节,具备品质意识及安全意识。
