CNC Machinist, Set up Operator

Prerequisites /Qualifications:

Able to mount, align and dial-in fixtures, chuck jaws, and raw material stock.

Knowledge of Mazatrol programming a plus.

Position requires high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to accurately read blueprints. Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds and stand for an 8-10-hour work shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary:

· Carry out machine set up and machine operation duties· Make first piece check as listed on Inspection Data Sheets· Accurately complete all necessary production documentation· Effectively monitor production equipment· Perform daily maintenance plan for equipment assigned· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment· Follow established safety rules and regulations· Follow all Concept Machining policies and procedures.· Work with fellow employees in a respectful, calm, and team-oriented manner.

Secondary:

· Assist CNC lead as necessary· Any additional responsibilities assigned by the General Manager, Operations Manager or Area Leader.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
