We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC machinery, including Fanuc systems. Responsibilities

• Floor Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule CNC machinists and operators.
• Production Planning: Coordinate job flow, machine loading, and delivery deadlines to meet customer orders.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce ISO/AS9100 quality standards, GD&T requirements, and OSHA safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Troubleshooting: Assist with complex setups, G-code/programming issues, or tooling adjustments as needed.
• Maintenance & ERP: Coordinate scheduled equipment maintenance and track inventory or job statuses through our ERP/MRP system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with hands-on knowledge of milling machines.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and CAD/CAM software is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Understanding of GD&T principles for quality assurance in machining processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.04 - $50.00 per hour
