What they need
We are a Compass Precision Company.
We are a job shop located in Charlotte, NC near I-77 and Billy Graham looking to add an experienced CNC Mill/Lathe set-up/programmer to our team.
Programming is not required but is a plus.
Our schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime is limited.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, demonstrating proficiency in setup and operation of CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during machining processes.
Requirements for the job:
- Punctuality and good attendance
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow written and verbal directions
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift 50 lbs
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
