CNC Manufacturing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Specialist to join our expanding production team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our manufacturing capabilities by leveraging advanced software and multi-axis machinery to deliver high-precision components for demanding industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex programs using Fusion360 and FeatureCAM to maximize production efficiency.
• Execute full-cycle manufacturing, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of multi-axis milling and turning centers.
• Drive process improvements by applying Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
• Ensure component integrity by performing rigorous quality inspections using precision mechanical tools and GD&T standards.
• Manage the transition between R&D prototyping and short-run production cycles with high technical agility.
• Maintain a high-performance work environment by upholding 5S standards and performing routine equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Extensive experience programming and operating Haas CNC multi-axis equipment.
• Deep proficiency in Fusion360, FeatureCAM, and Parts Maker software.
• Strong background in high-speed machining and complex mill-turn operations.
• Proven ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T specifications.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain visual acuity for detailed inspection.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within ISO9001 or AS9100 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated history of taking ownership of end-to-end manufacturing workflows.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in machining technology and tooling.
