CNC Mechatronics Technician

A CNC Technician installs, commissions, troubleshoots, and repairs advanced 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. Roles range from in-house assembly and mechatronics to traveling field service engineering depending on experience and overtime.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning:

• Assemble, align, and test new CNC machines at factory floors or customer client sites.Troubleshooting
• Diagnose complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on 3- and 5-axis systems.
• Calibration: Perform precision geometry checks using laser measurement tools, indicators, and micrometers.
• Customer Support: Train client operators and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or onsite visits.
• Core Requirements & Skills Strong background in electrical and mechanical mechatronic systems.
• Experience working with controls such as Siemens 840D or Fanuc.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematic prints.
• Comfort with travel-At least 50% (for field service roles)
