CNC Miling Operator 铣床操作员

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Milling Operator to operate CNC milling machines for precision machining components. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, tool selection, machining operations, quality inspection, and ensuring all components are produced according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines to produce precision mechanical components.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.

• Prepare machine setup including:

  • Workpiece positioning
  • Tool selection
  • Tool installation
  • Machine parameter setting

• Load raw materials and ensure proper workpiece alignment before machining.

• Perform CNC milling operations including:

  • Face milling
  • End milling
  • Drilling
  • Tapping
  • Slotting
  • Contouring

• Monitor machining processes and adjust cutting parameters to maintain product quality and accuracy.

• Perform basic G-code editing and program adjustments when required.

• Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks during production.

• Measure finished components using precision measuring instruments such as:

  • Vernier caliper
  • Micrometer
  • Dial indicator
  • Height gauge
  • CMM (if applicable)

• Ensure machined parts meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for CNC machine errors and machining issues.

• Carry out daily machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping in the machining area.

• Record production output, machine settings, and inspection results.

• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues.

• Follow company safety procedures, SOP requirements, and workplace regulations.

• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce machining waste.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Machining, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as CNC Milling Operator / CNC Machinist.

• Hands-on experience operating 3-axis CNC Milling Machines.

• Good understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, feeds, and speeds.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

• Familiar with CNC programming and G-code editing.

• Experience with CNC control systems such as:

  • Siemens
  • FANUC
  • Mitsubishi
  • Other CNC control systems

• Able to use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

• Knowledge of CAM software is an added advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Experience producing precision components according to customer drawings.

• Familiar with machining process improvement and cycle time optimization.
