CNC Mill Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC mill machines to produce precision parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in CNC machining, particularly with milling machines
• Proficiency in using tools such as micrometers for precise measurements
• Knowledge of CAD software, SolidWorks is a plus
• Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product accuracy
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in assembling and setting up tooling for CNC operations
• Familiarity with press brake machines
• Understanding of machining principles and techniques
