Position: CNC Mill or Lathe Operator

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay: $23-$30 +/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We’re partnering with a small, family-owned metal manufacturing job shop that’s been proudly operating in Clackamas. They’re a close-knit team looking for a driven CNC operator to join their growing family!

They’re looking for the right person. Someone who is dependable, team-oriented, professional, and interested in building a long-term career with a company. What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC lathes
• Work in a fast-paced job shop environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross-train on equipment and continue developing your skills
• Preferably 2+ years of experience, but if you’re earlier in your career and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You Need to Have The Musts:

• Solid attendance and reliability
• Positive, can-do attitude

• Professional, clean-cut presentation and appearance
• Desire to grow and build a long-term career within a company
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred:

• 2-3 years of CNC or general shop experience
• Familiarity with CNC Lathe or Mill operation and basic setup
• Candidates earlier in their careers who are motivated to develop their skills are encouraged to apply
• Work history: Ideally 2+ years with previous employers/locations
