Job Overview
The CNC Mill Setup Operator we are looking for should be able to perform all the duties mentioned with minimal supervision. Our company primarily deals with short runs/one-offs so there is always a healthy challenge and new things to learn. Many of our deadlines are tight, which require you to be fast and efficient. Even with the requirements listed, we are willing to train and develop you into an even better machinist. With our mills all being Fadals, if you have experience with any Fanuc based controller you will be able to pick these up just fine.

Job Requirements

• Ability to setup and operate a CNC mill (Fadal Controller) to completion
• Make offsets to maintain dimensional tolerances
• Complete comprehension of part print reading
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during setup/production
• Changing tooling and inserts as needed
• Maintain a clean work area and machine
• Maintain any fluids associated with the machine

• Ability to write complete part programs
• Complete GD&T Comprehension
• Fixture Design
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical machine issues
• Willingness to learn
