Role Overview

You will program, set and operate CNC milling machines across 3, 4 and/or 5 axis platforms. Experience with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls is essential, along with the ability to work to tight tolerances on high‑precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC milling machines (3/4/5 axis).
• Produce precision components to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Confidently use Heidenhain or Mazatrol control systems.
• Perform tool changes, offsets and machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively across both Tamworth sites as required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven CNC milling experience (3, 4 and/or 5 axis).
• Programming experience using Heidenhain or Mazatrol .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
