Overview
Join the team as a CNC Turner/Programmer, producing precision components through skilled machine operation and programming. You’ll work with technical drawings and tooling to support accurate, efficient manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Set up, programme and operate CNC turning equipment, checking finished components against specifications.
- Select and maintain suitable tooling; use hand tools and power tools for adjustments and finishing.
- Support related workshop tasks, including milling, grinding, assembly and, where needed, welding.
- Your impact: Accurate programming and careful inspection help ensure components fit their intended applications and reduce avoidable rework.
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge and confidence using workshop tools are important.
- Basic maths skills are needed for measurements and calculations.
- Siemans/ XYZ programming necessary
