CNC Milling Machine Operator

• Operate conventional milling machines for machining various components as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Perform milling, slotting, facing, drilling, and other machining operations as required.
• Select and use appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
• Set up jobs and ensure proper alignment and clamping before machining.
• Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain the required quality standards and achieve production targets.
• Identify machining defects and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
• Follow safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain production records and report daily output to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and work-holding methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
