CNC Milling Machine Operator (Permanent Nightshift)

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to detailed specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, to ensure precise machining.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and tooling equipment to assist with machine setup and part finishing processes.
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts using basic math skills and measurement tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering specifications accurately.
• Skilled in using tooling for machine setup and maintenance tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality inspections.
• Ability to work safely with tools and adhere to all safety protocols.
