About the role
Create and optimize CNC milling programs based on engineering drawings. Plan machining sequences, tooling, cutting parameters, and machine setups. Simulate and verify programs to prevent machining errors and collisions. Conduct program prove-out and assist operators during production.

- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
- Ensure finished parts meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish
About you
- Graduate of at least a two-year technical course in Mechanical Technology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years experience in CNC milling programming and precision machining
- Proficient in Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software
- Knowledgeable in G-code, M-code, cutting tools, and machining parameters
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
