We are hiring CNC Milling and CNC Turning Operator for a leading Industrial Group of Co.
MODE OF INTERVIEW - ONLINE ZOOM
1) Position - CNC Milling Operator HMC 4 & 5 Axis
Qualification - Diploma Mechanical / Production / Engineering.
Minimum - 3 - 5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines, specifically HMC 4-axis and/or 5-axis.
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, cutting tools, feeds and speeds.
Ability to perform dimensional inspections using verniers, micrometers, bore gauges and height gauges.
Understanding of machining tolerances and basic GD&T.
Experience machining carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze.
2) CNC Turning Machine Operator
Qualification - Diploma Mechanical / Production / Engineering.
Minimum - 3 - 5 years of experience operating CNC Turning machines,
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
