Experienced CNC Mill Machinist / Milling Operator wanted for a clean, stable precision manufacturing environment. Work with modern CNC milling equipment to produce high-quality precision components. $18–$30/hr + full benefits.

Position Overview Preci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Milling Operator / Machinist to support our production operations. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to produce accurate, high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with machining experience who takes pride in quality work, attention to detail, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts to specification
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to maintain quality and performance
• Make machine adjustments as needed during production runs
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records, part counts, and documentation
• Work with team members to improve efficiency, workflow, and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

• Prior experience operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues
