CNC MILLING SETUP/OPERATOR

This offer is an Immediate opening for an experienced 3, 4 & 5 axis mill operator at a small, fast paced growing aerospace manufacturing company.

We have a support system which gives us the ability to work together to get the job done.

Salary based upon experience. Overtime available.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Applicant must be able to setup, order proper tooling and ability to work with tight tolerances
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Notify supervisors, quality, or engineers of any deviations from features, including features in areas outside of the machining work scope. Record deviations accurately in part documentation.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, to produce the most accurate work possible including using proper equipment, gauges, and tooling

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 7 years machining experience on one, all, or a combination of; set up and operation of CNC mill.
• Set-up experience with tooling, fixtures with the ability to follow instructions per technical drawings or work instructions.
• Technical high school diploma, machinist trade school, or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30-$40+ per hour, based upon experience
