CNC Milling Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and debug CNC milling machines, process parts per drawings and technical standards.

2. Inspect workpiece dimensions, replace and check cutters to ensure processing accuracy.

3. Perform daily equipment maintenance, cleaning and routine inspection.

4. Fill in production and equipment records, manage materials and waste.

5. Follow workshop safety rules and complete assigned production tasks.

6. Solve simple production issues and report abnormal conditions timely.

Job Requirements

1. High school or above, majored in mechanical processing or CNC technology preferred.

2. Over 1 year relevant working experience in machining industry.

3. Able to read engineering drawings, skilled in machine operation and basic setting.

4. Proficient in using caliper, micrometer and other measuring tools.

5. Strong safety awareness, responsible attitude, able to work shift.

6. Basic English and Malay communication skills is preferred.
