Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Multi-Boring Machine Operator to join our furniture manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC multi-boring machines in the furniture or joinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC multi-boring machines for furniture component production.
• Read and understand technical drawings, drilling patterns, and production specifications.
• Set up machines and adjust drilling positions, depths, and settings as required.
• Ensure accurate drilling and alignment of holes in wooden panels and furniture components.
• Inspect finished components to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Identify machine faults and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC multi-boring machines in the furniture manufacturing or joinery industry.
• Practical knowledge of drilling operations and furniture panel processing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow production instructions.
• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
