Prototek is hiring a CNC Operations Manager to lead our machining team,

drive efficiency, and build a culture of accountability and continuous

improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Run day-to-day CNC operations across

3-axis, 5-axis, and lathe machining Lead, mentor, and develop

supervisors and machinists Own production schedules and ensure on-time

delivery Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with leadership to optimize workflow, staffing, and performance

Build a strong safety-first culture on the shop floor REQUIREMENTS:

5-10+ years of manufacturing or production management experience 5+

years of CNC machining and/or programming experience (3-axis, 5-axis,

and lathe) Strong knowledge of high-tolerance machining and GD&T

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced machining or job shop

environment Familiarity with ERP systems (MIE Trak preferred) and

Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership
