CS Tool Engineering is a family-owned precision mold builder specializing in high-quality plastic injection molds for the automotive and consumer products industries. We are seeking dependable, motivated CNC Operators to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd Shift.

Position Summary

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency. This position requires previous CNC machining experience and the ability to operate multiple machines while maintaining production standards.

Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC machines.

· Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets and adjustments.

· Load and unload steel and tooling safely.

· Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and production requirements.

· Read blueprints and engineering drawings.

· Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.

· Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.

· Report quality or equipment concerns promptly.

· Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

· Previous CNC machine operating experience required.

· Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.

· Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and indicators.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize work while operating multiple machines.

· Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

· Ability to safely lift materials as required.
