We are looking for a dependable 2nd shift CNC Operator to join our Wood Manufacturing team and help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have CNC experience and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification
• May be trained to run panel saw
• Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
• Maintain steady production and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• CNC experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with multiple CNC machines or setups
• Background with 3-axis/4-axis machines
• Experience supporting or training other operators

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and raise or lower up to 50 lb. object from one level to another.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, squat, or bend and use hands and arms to push, pull, reach or grasp.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, visual inspection, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely handle machined parts, cutting tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Work environment is a manufacturing setting which includes exposure to wood and metal dust, noise, machinery in operation, and smells associated with woodworking, finishing and metal shop environments.
